Greater Noida: Force Motors today launched two large vans - Traveller Royal and Traveller Super &ndash; to expand its footprint in the segment.
The company has priced its 15-seater Traveller Royal in the range of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 25 lakh and 9-seater Traveller Super from Rs 8 lakh to Rs 16 lakh.

It would have all facilities of a luxury bus. It could be useful for providing service in tier II &amp; III places, where operating big luxury buses is not viable," said Force Motors Managing Director Prasan Firodia. Force Motors would soon start production at its Chakan facility where it would manufacture engines for Daimler vehicles. "This plant has manufacturing capacity to produce upto 50,000 engines. Its a Daimler specifics unit. The company has invested around Rs 200 crore in it," said Firodia. He further said Force Motors is also expanding the capacity of its Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh based plant which would be completed by the mid of this year. "We have also started manufacturing engine for BMW at our Chennai unit," he added.
