Celebrate the festival of lights with designer Preeti Kamdar's collection and choose from a range of festive apparel on display at The Anniversary Week Eight years and still going strong, fashion designer Preeti Kamdar is all set to surprise the city with her exquisite collection and designs. Titled The Anniversary Week, the collection is dedicated to her loyal clientele who have been supportive and encouraging through the years. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/oct/sa.jpg" border="5" /> The collection will focus on the upcoming festival of lights and will include a mix of stylish salwar kameez and elegant sarees in cottons and silks. The collection includes a variety of vibrant colours and designs. Speaking about the uniqueness of her collection, Preeti says, "Every design and every piece on display is unique. I also design according to my clients needs. My designs include southern prints, which are in vogue today. You find them on dupattas and sarees. There are salwar kameez in anarkalis and A-line styles." <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/oct/sari3.jpg" border="5" /> The collection also includes hand block prints along withu00a0 embroidery. Garments in chiffons, georgettes and super nets are also available. Apart from that, the collection offers some fabulous discounts for all the patrons of PreetiK Design Studio coupled with great styling and stitching options on select designs. Preeti chose to stick to traditional designs including Kata, Zardozi and crochet work. Some of her designs also include painting on fabrics created by various artists. Most of her collection is custom-made, as she believes it's best to know what your client needs rather than forcing your ideas on them. Yellow being her favourite colour, you will find a lot of outfits in bright yellow and gold along with some traditional colours like pinks, reds and greens. Apart from the designer apparel on display, you can also browse through the clutches designed by her.
