Dolka Denzapa, an entrepreneur from Sikkim, who founded North East Ventures to promote Northeastern art, comes to the city with Sikkimese artist Karma Tenrab for a show titled Art Like This. In a chat with Sunday MiD DAY:

Who is Karma Tenrab?
Karma Tenrab is an upcoming 31 year-old artist who is a Buddhist convert. He studied in MSU, Baroda (Maharaja Sayajirao University), but quit midway. He now paints, shuttling between Shantiniketan and Sikkim, where he lives with his wife. His past works have been reflective of his spiritual preoccupations, and most successful among them have been his Buddha series. I studied with him in school but lost touch. It's only recently when I heard of his work that I realised I actually knew him.
