First thing on my mind when I wake up... Clean my system. I'm always in two minds about... To be in love or not to be? Third-time lucky (something I tried thrice) Convincing my ex-girlfriend to get back with me. Fourplay (my all-time favourite songs to work out to) I don't really listen to music when I am working out, but any James Brown song would do. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/jul/Yudhishtar-Urs.jpg" border="5" /> Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials) Track pants, T-shirt, shoes, socks and fresh underwear! 6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time) Sleeping. 7 days a week (I can't live without!) Running. 8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence) I love strawberry jam and can eat an entire jar. Also, dark chocolate! On Cloud 9 (my favourite way to de-stress) Have a hot shower. Last thing I do before tucking in... I would love to kiss Charlize Theron good night, but I say thanks for a wonderful day.
