1. First thing on my mind when I wake up... Having a yummy breakfast and that my mom will be waiting for me to start my work out! 2. I'm always in two minds about... Jumping on the treadmill before a nice shower or having breakfast first. 3. Third-time lucky (something I tried thrice) I recently tried making enchiladas, and they turned out very well the third time. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/jul/zoa.jpg" border="5" /> Actress, celebrates her birthday on March 29 4. Fourplay (my all-time favourite songs to work out to) I love R 'n' B. Of late my favourite tracks are, On the Floor by J Lo and I Need a Doctor by Eminem and Dr Dre. 5. Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials) Yoga mat, water bottle, hair-band, music and my trainer! 6. 6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time) I am a morning person, but 6 am is still too early so, I would be sleeping if I am not working. 7. 7 days a week (I can't live without!) I am hooked to Power Yoga, but I would love to swim everyday. 8. 8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence) Ice-cream, Twix and a bucket full of Maltesers! 9. On Cloud 9 (my favourite ways to de-stress) Eating a good meal. 10. Last thing I do before tucking in... Brush my teeth.
