Admission is open throughout the year. Examinations are held twice a year, in June and December. The CS course is by correspondence, with a provision for optional oral coaching classes. There are three stages to be cleared to qualify as a Company Secretary - Foundation Programme for plus two students, Executive Programme for graduates and a Professional Programme. After qualifying the Executive and Professional Examination, students are required to undergo practical and modular training to become qualified company secretaries.
