Come December 10, and Kolkata's iconic tearoom and confectionary, Flurys, will open its second outlet outside the City of Joy, in Navi Mumbai

With Christmas and New Year around the corner, it seems fitting that the Maximum City gets ready to welcome Kolkata’s favourite confectionary, Flurys, to Navi Mumbai next week. Founded in Calcutta (as it was called then) in 1927 by Joseph and Freida Flurys, Christmas feasts for generations are considered incomplete without the Dundee cake or Yule Log from this famous tearoom.u00a0

The confection-ary and patisserie offers a delightful spread of homely goodies
Christmas treats are not the only thing that this Park Street landmark is famous for. The eatery is as popular for scrumptious pleasures such as the delectable Chocolate Rum Balls, fresh Chicken Sandwiches, Chocolate Ovals and Hot Chocolate.
