Delhi will rule the fashion scene in the city next year as designer Rajesh Pratap Singh has been announced as the grand finale designer for the Summer Resort 2014 edition of fashion weekin the city. <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/dec/Only-RP.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 687px;" /> Fashion designer Rajesh Pratap Singh Known for designs that are essential global with an Indian feel to them, he also has the honour of having a permanent display of his textile / apparels at the archives of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Speaking exclusivelyto the newspaper, the designer informs us, &ldquo;The idea is to work on a great summer collection. It will be a collaborative effort between me and the Lakm&eacute; team. We have just about started working on the collection. It&rsquo;s a long process. It has also been a very long time since I&rsquo;ve showcased a collection in Mumbai.&rdquo; He adds, &ldquo;I was part of LFW when the country had one fashion week in Delhi but when it split it was tough being a part of both shows. So, I stuck to Delhi. However, I still have retail stores here.&rdquo; From March 11 to 15, 2014
