In today's fast-paced world of deadlines where time is always at a premium, eating healthy is among the first priorities to get bumped off the list. While many of us might love to switch to a healthier diet, we don't know where to start. Often long work hours make us opt for the easy option of junk food.



If chocolate biscuits are your temptation of choice, why not consider trying pumpkin crackers instead -- even small changes count. Launched in October of this year, Healthrush.in offers a selection of healthy snack options.

Website owner Divya Goenka was tired of eating junk food after a long day in the office. "I had been hoping for a service like this for years, but nobody was offering a one-stop-shop for people like me: young adults with a busy lifestyle," she says, adding that there had to be an easier way than braving traffic for hours, just to be able to eat nutritious food. That's when she thought of the idea of starting the website.

Users can search the products by category, brand or health topics. There is also a special section on baby food. All the products are listed with a full description, including nutritional details. "I want people be able to make informed decisions of what they are buying," explains Divya.

Once an order has been placed, it will be delivered within four to five days anywhere in the country. "If someone lives in a remote area and cannot drive to a supermarket, I want them too to have the same access to healthy food as others," says Divya.u00a0

The user-friendly website also lists healthy recipes, an FAQ section, and provides access to expert nutritional advice. All major credit or debit cards are accepted, you can track your shipment online.

Delivery is priced at a flat rate of Rs 25 per kg for shipment, anywhere in India. The offers in the 'Hot Deals' section provides discounts on specific products. Gift hampers are also available.
