The menu, put together by Chef Hemant Oberoi and team reflects the theme and flavours of Wasabi. This specially crafted menu will introduce gourmands to the wonderful delights of Japanese cuisine. The vegetarian set menu includes Popcorn Greens Salad, Shiitake, Nasu Katsu Roll and Artichoke Pancake while non-vegetarians can savour the Duck Salad, Tuna Tempura Roll, Shrimp Shiitake Roll and Sea Bass Balsamic Scallion. All this can be rounded off in style with the Peach Mousse as the meal finale.
