How to fight the summer tan?
Detanning facial: Mix five teaspoons of oat flour, half-a-tomato juice, 1/2 cucumber juice, two teaspoons curd or fresh milk cream and one teaspoon of lemon juice and then apply the pack on the neck and face. Leave the face pack for some time and when it begins to dry then gently rub it with your fingers and then wash off with milk or with water. This will help you get rid of tanned skin and increase the softness and glow of your skin.

The Fresh Fruit Mask: Blend a slice of apple, peach, two strawberries and about half-a-banana. Add a teaspoon of honey to this. You can also mash this with the back of a fork if you don&rsquo;t want a runny consistency. Apply on the face and neck and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. This mask is suitable for all skin types. Strawberry as an ingredient helps not only in cleansing the skin but it also reduces the dullness from the tanned skin. However, strawberries are acidic; so make sure you avoid its application anywhere close to the eyes. Honey and apple make your skin soft and banana cleanses the skin thoroughly, whereas, peach tightens it, and has anti-ageing qualities. In addition, fruit masks not only cool the skin but also provide a natural glow.

Honey is naturally anti-bacterial; it moisturises the skin and also helps in getting rid of acne.
