In a study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers found that of 203 travellers with asthma, 43% reported having an asthma attack during travelling. Here are some pointers for an asthmatic to keep in mind to have an enjoyable holiday.



Before departure

b) You must carry a written plan about the initial management of asthma attack. It should include the medication doses, when to seek help and the emergency contact numbers of the family and the doctor.
