Her mid-morning snack comprises a serving of fruit with some low-fat yoghurt. Lunch can be anything from grilled beef steak to a plate of spaghetti with veggies. She snacks on whole-wheat toast or yoghurt in the evenings, followed by a light dinner of vegetable soup and fruit. Shakira avoids alcohol, junk food, sweets and late nights to stay in peak condition.
