HP unveils its first budget Android tablet

Laptop and PC giant HP, today, unveiled a new 7-inch, 3G-enabled calling tablet — the Slate7 VoiceTab, for Rs 16,999, along with the 6-inch Android phablet Slate6.

The Slate7 runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2, comes with dual-sim functionality with support for Edge, GPRS, and 3G, and uses a Marvell PXA1088 1.2Ghz quad core processor. We are not sure of its processing power, but what we know is that it uses four ARM Cotex A7 cores.
