The compact sedan segment in India is getting increasingly competitive every year. Last year, while Volkswagen introduced the all-new Ameo, recently Tata launched the Tigor. Also, Maruti is likely to introduce the next-gen Swift DZire this year. However, before that happens, Hyundai is planning to launch the Xcent facelift on April 20. The South Korean automaker launched the Grand i10 facelift in February and the upcoming Xcent facelift is also expected to have similar changes as the new Grand i10.
