The Fitness mode really gets you sweating by making you move, they estimate the calories burnt, track the duration of play and number of songs danced. The Dance Lab takes you through a variety of dance styles, it is one of the most fun modes in the game. The most useful is the new Kids mode if you have kids there a lot of kid friendly songs and easy dance moves with graphics geared at kids, it's fun for adults too.
