In an inspiring medical miracle, doctors in Kolkata have saved the life of a 30-year-old woman by carrying out a complicated, first-of-its-kind endovascular intervention in the hospital following life-threatening bleeding during miscarriage, 

The surgery was carried out under the supervision of Dr Partha Pratim Samui, senior consultant and in-charge Interventional Radiology at Manipal Hospital in Mukundapur.
