The two-hour series, We Buy Oil, divided into five episodes, is about buying oil from the well, its price, how it changed the world getting into everything &mdash; there is oil in phone, clothes, food as well as medicines &mdash; and mulling over a world without it. The subject compelled the speakers to take a trip to Kansas to buy oil and then, sell it to a middleman.
The duo enlightens listeners by sharing their experience in a refinery where the oil could become gasoline, diesel or a fertilizer. In short, the sequence of the digital story is tracking oil&rsquo;s birth to its utility across spheres. &ldquo;This project was cursed from the beginning because everyone said they are not going to sell oil to us before a man from Kansas agreed,&rdquo; they say.
