Pottermore, a free-to-use website, is now your best bet into the world of Harry Potter and his fantastic adventures. Author JK Rowling announced the launch of this site in partnership with her worldwide publishers Bloomsbury. They will participate in the sale of eBooks from Pottermore receiving a share of the revenues. The idea behind this website is to recreate the exciting experience around the reading of her books, in an online environment. For this project, Rowling has written extensive new material about the characters, places and objects in these popular stories. From October 2011, Pottermore.com will incorporate an online shop where people can exclusively purchase all seven books of the Harry Potter series.
