It was an episode of Aamir Khan’s popular show Satyamev Jayate that caught the attention of Shruti Singhal for her graduation project. Singhal, a student of BA Hons of Communication Design at Pearl Academy, was shocked to see the episode on sexual abuse in the show.

“ They explained how most children who have been abused are under eight years old,” says Singhal, who was provoked into doing something for the cause.
