He explains, &ldquo;A nail is not just a nail for me, its something beyond that. It is about giving birth to a new dimension of human understanding.&rdquo; In one of his sculptures, the Game of Chess, Thorat uses an unusual ly shaped platform filled with sharp nails and pawns that create a 3D effect. &ldquo;It conveys the journey of evolution from an amoeba to a human. Further elaborating the use of your abilities,&rdquo; he elaborates. Sanjay Kumar Srivastav, a Allahabad-based artist captures images from his consciousness as well as the unconscious, he translates his expressions using rhythm and colour into modern sculptures. &ldquo;Art is a process of evolution of life.
