Movies might glorify the success found by several hopefuls who come to the city from across the country to find work. But Maneesh Verma of Actors’ Cult Theatre Group had been wanting to show the reality and not just another rags-to-riches story that would make the audience feel superficially happy. Finally, after toying and trying to fund the idea for several years, A Kind of True Story is now ready to be performed on stage.
