When words are surfacing around Nokia's comeback and the nostalgia-driven Nokia 3310, we realised that Motorola is also one of those brands that dominated the golden past of mobile phones. When mobile phones meant just a portable handset devoid of the present day smartphone features, Motorola’s wireless telephone handset division pioneered the world of cellular telephones.
As Motorola went on to pioneer the cellphone division, it launched trendy handset like the Moto RAZR, a flip phone that was the then favourite of many, especially youngstars. Unfortunately, the company lost its market share in the second half of the decade and many of us forgot the brand’s contribution. Motorola later came up with smartphones using Google's open-source Android mobile operating system. Today, Motorola is a prominent name in the smartphone industry, thanks to its frequent launches starting like the Moto G, Moto C series. We take a look at 7 such latest Motorola smartphones that remind us of the company's big cellular devices available in the past:
1. Moto G2: The second generation Moto smartphone was launched almost 3 years ago in September 2014. The phone that runs Android 4.4.4 and powered by 2070mAh non removable battery have drawn the attention of Moto lovers.
