Say 'Hello' to longer tweets: Attaching links and photos currently strikes out 23 and 24 characters respectively off a tweet's character count which often requires thinking in unconventional ways to convey what you mean in your tweet. The change looks more tuned in comparison to earlier reports by Twitter to increase the 140-character limit to 10,000. Twitter's 'Connect' tab: Twitter launched a "Connect" tab earlier this May, a new feature to help you figure out which relevant accounts you would like to follow. Twitter has better search: Twitter Inc's introduction of a search function for moving images that was relased in February this year, commonly used on social media prompted users of the website, to tweet their own pictures expressing enthusiasm over the feature. Threaded conversations for easier replies: Tangled conversation threads became history in June 2015, when Twitter announced in a blog post about its decision to deal with replies to tweets similar to how it deals with conversations on the home timeline. Re-tweet with comment: Twitter launched the 're-tweet with comment' in April 2015, which allowed users to add a tweet to their own tweets, which let users say more about the original message. This new feature enables Twitter users to add 116 characters of additional commentary to the existing 140-character limit for a quoted tweet.
