New Delhi: Aiming to lend a helping hand to the Chennai flood victims, telecom service providers and mobile payment solutions providers have come up with free mobile recharges to help the residents stay connected.

Telecom companies such as BSNL, Airtel, Vodafone, RCom and Aircel are offering free talktime to their customers in the city that is witnessing the heaviest rainfall seen in close to a century.
