What is the difference between a clock and a timepiece? If you are a layperson, none. But for horologists, a clock is a device with a striking mechanism for announcing intervals of time acoustically. Wikipedia says that a silent instrument lacking such a mechanism has traditionally been known as a timepiece.
But we don't need to be bothered by such definitions right? So let us look at some nice ways of telling time!
