Our lensman Ramesh H S captured the flawless dancer Dr Padma Subramanyam in different mudras. She is also a choreographer, music composer, singer, research scholar, teacher and author. Born in Chennai in 1943, she now heads a dance school called Nrutyodaya which was started by her father K Subramanyam who was a famous director and freedom fighter. She performed at the Bangalore Habba this week.
