Theatre actors Nitin Bharadwaj, Saurabh Nayyar, Ghanshyam Lalsa, Pavitro Sarkar and Farooque Syed have been close friends for a few years. After working in several productions, they realised they wanted to set up their own company that would give them an opportunity to stage plays without compromising on the original works.
