US to invest $11 million to curb HIV

Washington: The US government has reviewed the progress of the National HIV-AIDS Strategy in the past four years, and has announced new funding to fight the scourge, media reported on Wednesday.
In a report released by the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services will invest $11 million to fund the Community Health Centres' to help communities highly affected by HIV, Xinhua reported.
