In June 2015, when two friends, Chetan Agarwal and Rohit Pansari decided to move from Delhi to Gurgaon, they struggled to cope with the odd jobs that were a part of the shifting process. "We had run out of leave from our day jobs, and the list of things to do was endless. Chores like arranging for an extra pair of keys or even getting paperwork and notaries done for the lease agreement took a toll. It's when we decided to start the Done Thing," informs 28-year-old Agarwal, who co-founded the company along with his friends Karan Saharan, Sonal Saraogi, Shivani Agarwal and Pansari. Based in Gurgaon, Done Thing is a cross-segment on-demand concierge solution.
