If so, you need medical attention. Nowadays there are numerous ways to lose weight including going under the knife. If your weight is proving to be a hurdle in your love life, one option is to lose it. You will need to consult a dietician to chart out a proper meal plan for you. At the same time, you will have to draw up a work-out regime with a physical trainer. You cannot lose weight overnight, so be patient. Excess weight can lead to several health issues as well.
