Solo travel is a tough call for Indian women as the travel opportunities are limited due to safety reasons. But what if you could share stories of your sojourns with like-minded women and find your travel buddies in them too?
"Everyone has a travel story, it can be funny, scary or adventurous," shares Zinal Doshi, founder of Flapper Life, a Mumbai-based travel and lifestyle company, which encourages women from various spheres to come together and travel to exotic destinations in groups. To create a community of women who are enthusiastic about travel and are keen on exploring the world, the company is organising, Travel Tales over Brunch.

"Travel was always a passion to me and I wanted to start a platform for women to travel, have fun, make new friends and fulfil their travel dreams with safety," shares Doshi, who was a banker for thirteen years, before she started the venture with an aim to plan safe and comfortable trips that allow women to have a memorable experience and satiate their wanderlust. Attendees can share their stories and anecdotes with other guests. Amusing games and fun activities will follow a hearty brunch, where you can savour soups, salads and sandwiches along with some desserts to cheat on. Such meet-ups have been conducted previously in Pune, Chennai and Jaipur.
