Union Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu on Sunday, March 29, virtually inaugurated a 'Udaan Yatri Cafe' at the Jaipur International Airport, aimed at providing affordable food and beverages to air passengers.
The cafe has been set up in the pre-check-in departure area of Terminal 2 and will offer snacks and drinks starting at as low as Rs 10, officials said.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said the initiative is a significant step towards making air travel more accessible, affordable and passenger-friendly. He said that by offering essential food items such as water, beverages, snacks and sweets at reasonable prices, the facility will cater to the basic needs of travellers.
The 'Udaan Yatri Cafe' is part of broader efforts to improve passenger experience and promote inclusive air travel, a spokesperson for the airport stated.

Naidu on Sunday also inaugurated Udaan Yatri Cafe virtually at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCSIA) in Lucknow. The cafe located in the check-in hall of Terminal 3, with the same aim of low-cost food and drinks for all passengers.
