Red Velvet Modak Homebaker Neeru Mehra, of the popular homerun brand, Neeru&rsquo;s Cakes and Desserts, has been conjuring new varieties of modaks since the last three festive seasons. Her latest creation is the Red Velvet modak that comes with white chocolate coating and a centre-filling of the red velvet sponge.
