Chinese Bat Mocktail &gt; 200 ml guava juice (chilled) &gt; 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce &gt; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce &gt; Salt and chilli powder Method &gt; Mix guava juice and sauces in a stirrer. Pour into a whiskey glass rimmed with salt and chilli powder. In order to make it a cocktail, add 60 ml of vodka. Kumquat Mojito &gt;&nbsp;6 lime wedges &gt;&nbsp;10 to 12 mint leaves &gt;&nbsp;2 Kumquat &gt;&nbsp;1 tbsp brown sugar &gt;&nbsp;50 ml orange juice &gt;&nbsp;60 ml Bacardi Method &gt; Add all the above ingredients in sequence in a Boston Shaker. Op-Yum &gt; 30 ml whisky &gt; 15 ml Campari &gt; 10 ml honey &gt; 60 ml chamomile tea &gt; 75 ml orange Juice Method &gt; Pour all the ingredients over ice and shake well and then strain with ice in a tall glass. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry pick. Molecular Star &gt; 60 ml cranberry juice &gt; 30 ml vodka &gt; One leaf of basil &gt; Salt foam (100 ml water, 1 and a 1/2 tsp sucrose, 1 and a 1/2 tsp salt) &gt; Pinch of star anise powder For Salt Foam &gt; Add all these contents in a bowl and stir with a blender. Mix until the bubbles form. Carefully spoon on top of the drink after the cocktail is prepared. Method &gt; Mix the cranberry juice, 30 ml vodka, a pinch of the star anise powder and shake all the ingredients in a shaker. &gt; Pour it into a martini glass and finish with basil and salt foam. Shandong Mary &gt; 45 ml Ketel One Vodka &gt; 60 ml / 4 tbsp tomato juice &gt; 60 ml / 4 tbsp Tsingtao Beer &gt; 1 tsp homemade chilli garlic sauce &gt; 10 gm bird eye chilli &gt; 4-5 garlic cloves &gt; 3-4 jumbo red chilli &gt; 15 ml / 1 tbsp rice vinegar &gt; Salt to taste &gt; 1 tsp Aromat seasoning &gt; 5 ml / 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce &gt; 1 tbsp fresh lime juice &gt; 1 lemon &gt; 1 stick celery (for garnish) For Homemade Garlic Chilli Sauce &gt; Add bird eye chilli, garlic, jumbo red chilli, rice vinegar, aromat seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and salt in a blender and blend for three minutes. Method &gt; Take a high ball glass and add 45 ml of vodka. &nbsp; &gt; Add tomato juice, homemade chilli garlic sauce and fresh lime juice. &gt; Stir everything. &gt; Top it with Tsingtao beer. &gt; Garnish with celery stick and lemon wedge.
