Cowboys cafe Food:&nbsp;Tasty Service: A verage Ambiance: Interesting
Ever dreamt of going to the Wild Wild West? It&rsquo;s the sort of place that you would associate with Clint Eastwood from Sergio Leone&rsquo;s iconic film, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Hidden in Sanpada is Cowboys Caf&eacute;, a little haven that takes you back to an era when cowboys ran the show.

Also, the waiters are in costume. With our spurs clicking in, Cowboys Cafe charmed one with its countryside atmosphere, which is quite an anomaly in the well-planned, sectorised Navi Mumbai. The dimly-lit interiors consisted of large wooden panels that are neatly complemented with old pistols and &lsquo;tree stubs&rsquo; with paintings on them. Posters and quotes from famous westerns also popped up wherever the eye roved. However, the loud Electronic music and a large screen showing videos, marred the languorous effect of the American West.

For starters, we tried the Fiery Chicken Wings (Rs 390), which certainly lived up to what the waiter (dressed as a cowboy) had promised us &mdash; a smack of delicious flavour. The Sicilian Garlic Paneer (Rs 360), though seemed a tantalizing combination did not work up our appetites. Cottage Cheese Shashlik with BBQ Sauce (Rs 370) &mdash; a tangy and interesting combination for vegetarians, followed this. The favourite of the day was the Herb Crusted Chicken Breast (Rs 430). After all, who can turn their backs to juicy chicken breast marinated with herbs? It impressed us too.

With its intriguing combination of chocolate and fruit juices, we hoped to give it a go. Sipping on the fusion, the mocktail turned out to be tepid given its magical description. For those looking to be a true cowboy, the bar looked well-stocked, all reasonably priced.
We left with a positive experience and were glad to discover a place that would fit most occasions &mdash; from romantic dates to a group party with the wolf pack. That being said, it would have been better if the waiters had more knowledge about what the eatery had to offer. Considering it is early days, the cowboys can be forgiven. It&rsquo;s an ideal getaway to soak in flavours and chatter.
