Good vibes
I left my shih-tzus, Heaven, 7 and Scotch, 3, at k9nick’s Dog Boarding Resort when I was travelling out of town for two days. I was worried because it was the first time I was leaving them at a boarding home, but the staff was understanding and empathetic and sent me videos from time to time to show me what my pets were up to. It was in the monsoon, so I was worried that they would not be well groomed by the time I returned. But I was pleasantly surprised when they were handed back. They were all clean and in good spirits, having been given a bath.

TLC time
The staff at Smart Canines was friendly and helpful when I approached them about boarding my four-year-old golden retriever Scooby at their facility. As a pet parent, I was naturally concerned about how food will be managed but from what I could tell through the timely updates that were sent to me, Scooby loved the food there. They also take the pets for timely walks. I’m glad I was able to find a place that kept both me and Scooby stress-free for the seven days that I was away.

Safe haven
I had to make a last-minute trip to Pune last month, and my biggest concern was leaving my six-year-old lhasa apso, Simba, behind. Petsburgh was a saviour and assured me that my pet will be in the safest hands till I’m back. I loved the bright and vibrant space. Simba is playful, and I was relieved when I was sent videos of him happily playing around at the boarding home. It was just a short two-day stay, but being a pet parent, I’m glad I could provide the best for my furry buddy.

Walk the talk
I sent Gary, my three-year-old German shepherd to Klub K9 for boarding when I was heading out of town. Gary can sometimes be a naughty kid with his tantrums, but he loved it there. I was sent photos and videos frequently with a detailed description of the activities throughout the day like walks, food time, engagement activities and trainer visits. Gary returned spotless with no ticks, no infections. Gary feels at home there; I notice it in his behaviour.
