At this Mahim landmark halt, the signature glass combines kesar pista and kaju kishmish ice creams with milk, falooda, sabja and sliced nuts, before being crowned with kesar-pista kulfi and a generous scattering of pistachios. 

The combination is indulgent without becoming one-note. The creamy ice creams and kulfi bring richness, while the falooda strands and sabja add that familiar slippery, chewy texture. Kesar and pista give it a fragrant nuttiness, with kaju and kishmish adding little pockets of sweetness and crunch. The chilled milk pulls everything together, making each spoonful a little different from the last.
