Bengaluru: City crime branch busted a fake shopping portal here by raiding its office and arresting six partners for allegedly duping gullible customers with false advertisements, police said late Saturday.

"The accused created a smart website BIGSOP.com, used an ICICI Bank payment gateway and lured gullible customers by advertising on its pop-ups 'You are the lucky internet winner of iPhones for Rs.599'," a senior police official told IANS here.
