Mira Road communal clash: 10 offences registered, 19 arrested so far, police say

In the communal clash that broke in Mira Road's Naya Nagar area on Sunday night, police have registered eight offences and two offences under the IT Act. Till now, around 19 people have been arrested and thorough investigation is underway, police said

In regards to the clashes between two groups that took place on January 21 in Mira Road's Naya Nagar area, police have registered eight offences and two offences under the IT Act. Till now, around 19 people have been arrested and thorough investigation is underway, PTI reported.

"CCTV footage is being thoroughly investigated. Questioning is underway, and further actions will be taken, Additional Commissioner of Police Shrikant Pathak said while speaking with PTI.
