The body of a 25-year-old man was on Thursday evening recovered from Kasheli creek in Thane district of Maharashtra, officials said, adding that a probe was underway to find out if it was a case of suicide.

According to the Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC) of the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC), it was suspected that the man allegedly jumped into the creek.
