Shiney's lawyer, Shrikant Shivade said, "Shiney is a free bird till the next hearing on October 16.
He can begin work on his five pending projects and can be allowed to shoot anywhere in India."

The lawyer, however, admitted that the actor would go back to New Delhi. "That's the best recovery he can get," said Shivade.
Shiney and his wife kept to themselves and refused comment.
