The much-awaited results for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2017 were declared on Monday. Twenty candidates have scored the perfect 100 percentile. While the same number of candidates got the top score last year, this year's list was more diverse as it had two women and three candidates from non-engineering background.
A total of 1,99,632 candidates appeared for CAT, which was held on November 26, 2017. This CAT had the largest number of candidates in the last three years and was conducted in 140 cities across India. While Saipraneeth Reddy from Andhra Pradesh topped the exam with an All India Rank 1, mid-day spoke to Mumbai's high scorers.
