The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has registered a murder case in connection with the death of Mansukh Hiran, the businessman whose Scorpio car loaded with explosives was found outside the residence of Mukesh Ambani.
ATS registered a murder case as per the complaint by Hiran’s wife Vimla. The case has been registered under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) including destruction of evidence and criminal conspiracy. Senior ATS officers, including chief Jai Jeet Singh, visited the spot where his body was found on Sunday.
