Mumbai: A special CBI court Judge M. B. Gosavi today, in his order has discharged BJP national president Amit Shah in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.

During the arguments Shah's advocate S. V. Raju argued, "Framing Amit Shah was politically motivated in the case and there are absolutely no evidence of his involvement. Just because he called the officers that doesn't mean he conspired it."
