Anti-bird disc, PVC net to help MMRDA keep birds at bay

The authority has raised concern as the increasing number of pigeons, crows, black-shouldered kites can prove to be a hindrance for the upcoming infrastructure projects

To prevent instances of bird hits, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has invited tenders for supply and installation of the anti-bird disc and anti-bird nesting PVC net on Metro line 7 section between Ovaripada-Gundavali.

MMRDA is constructing the Dahisar to Andheri Metro line 7.
