Islamic scholars, Muslim leaders, lawyers, NGO representatives and social activists held a meeting in Mumbai on Sunday to discuss administrative preparedness and ensure peaceful celebrations during the upcoming Bakrid festival, reported the IANS.

Bakrid, also known as Eid al-Adha, is expected to be celebrated on May 27 in India, depending on the sighting of the moon.
