The Bombay HC will begin from July 18 the cross-examination of Jaidev Thackeray, the estranged son of late Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray, in a suit filed by him challenging his father’s will.
Justice Gautam Patel yesterday said Jaidev’s cross-examination by the lawyer of his brother Uddhav Thackeray will be held on a daily basis from July 18.
