BMC housing lottery scheme: Civic body conducts draw for 426 homes; 373 to get houses in city

The Mumbai civic body also announced that a fresh lottery for another 296 housing units will be conducted shortly under DCPR 2034. These homes are located across various parts of the city

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Saturday conducted a computerised online lottery for 426 housing units under the Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) 2034. The draw was held at the BMC headquarters, an official statement said.

During the lottery process, 373 applicants were declared successful, while 362 applicants were placed on the waiting list, it said.
