The city's medical fraternity is celebrating the Finance Minister's announcement in the Union Budget yesterday to introduce an additional 5,000 postgraduate seats in medical institutes per annum, along with Diplomate of National Board (DNB) courses being rolled out in big district hospitals and private hospitals, in an attempt to strengthen the secondary and tertiary level hospitals</p>
